This delicious new product from Apicultura Dr. Pescia, combines luscious wildflower honey from the rollings hills of Tuscany in Central Italy, with sustainably harvested Italian bee pollen and royal jelly. A masterful blend of the medicinal properties of Royal Jelly and Bee Pollen with the delicious taste of raw Italian mellfiori wildflower honey. Dr. Paolo Pescia, a second generation beekeeper from the small Tuscan town of Rosignano Marittimo blends this rich, golden ambrosia entirely by hand, including the scraping of the pure honey from the combs. His bees forrage around the Tuscan landscape, foraging in pristine rural landscapes in the Chianti region, to the protected San Rossore-Migliarino National Park.
Bright sunflower notes and citrusy flavors. The bee pollen's texture barely influences the smooth consistency of this blend, while the sustainably harvested royal jelly provides an added energetic buzz.
