The bee venom in this honey contains enzymes including Phospolipase A2, Hyaluronidase, Acid phosphomonoesterase, Lysophopholipase and a-glucosidase.  Bee venom also contains protiens and vital amino acids, including Melittin, Apamine, Secapin,  Procamine and  Adolapin.
