Bee-sting Cocktail
This amazing cocktail recipe was devised by my friend Mysteria Deliria.
INGREDIENTS
- Reposado Tequila
- Lime
- Fresh Ginger
- Lemon Blossom Honey
In terms of measurements for the ingredients, you are going to have to eyeball this one, depending on how much sting you think you can handle - but M.D. thinks you should "bee" generous with the honey
PROCEDURE
- Peel and cut ginger into thin slices, approx 1/2"x1/2"
- Muddle ice, lime, ginger, and lemon blossom honey (or other fruit blossom honey). Pour contents in shaker with tequila and shake and muddle well
- Strain and serve in tumbler over ice
