Thank you for coming to beelimitless.com and the Bee Limitless honey shop.  These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, beelimitless.com (the "Site"), including the Honey Shop, the Honey Blog, Honey Recipes or any other feature or service available on the Site.  You can access this document any time by clicking the Terms and Conditions link on the bottom of every page of our site . Your use of and/or registration on any aspect of the Site will constitute your agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you cannot agree with these rules, please do not use the Site, or Contact Bee Limitless and explain your concerns.  Your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Site, including without notice, in addition to any other remedies available us in law or in equity.

Modifications:  The Terms and Conditions may be modified by us from time to time; the date of the most recent revisions will appear at the top on this page. Your continued use and access of the Site  will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement.

User Content - Intellectual Property Rights:   You grant Bee Limitless LLC a free, nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license (the "User Content License") to use any content that you upload to the Site in our discretion, in any manner or form or media, including without limitation all (a) recipes, (b) reviews, (c) ratings, (d) tasting notes, (e) feedback, (f) comments, or including any images, audio, video, or any other multimedia content you provide to us through or for the Site  (your "User Content").  You represent and warrant to us that you have all intellectual property rights necessary to grant us the User Content License for all User Content you submit to the Site, without infringing the intellectual property rights of any third party.  You agree to indemnify us from all claims brought by any third party alleging that User Content you submit to the site violates their intellectual property rights.

Bee Limitless has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, Bee Limitless will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Site, you expressly relieve Bee Limitless from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law:  You agree that this Agreement, for all purposes, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to contracts to be wholly performed therein, and any action based on, relating to, or alleging a breach of this Agreement must be brought in a state or federal court in Los Angeles County, California. In addition, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Easy Return Policy and any other legal notices published by Bee Limitless on our Site, shall constitute the entire agreement governing your use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid by a court of law, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
