Bee Limitless is committed to securing the private and sensitive information for all customers of beelimitless.com (the “Website”). This document contains the privacy policy in place for Bee Limitless, and our Website, and is effective as of July 15, 2011.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected at beelimitless.com. Our Website frequently contains links to external websites published and maintained by others. Please be aware that Bee Limitless is not responsible for the privacy practices of these external websites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave beelimitless.com to read the privacy statements of each website that collects your personally identifiable information.

You must be a United States Resident over the age of 18 to register as a member of the Website or to make a purchase in the beelimitless.com Honey Shop.

Personally Identifiable Information

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term Personally Identifiable Information means a person’s name, address, phone number and email address, member account name, or password.  You will not need to provide any Personally Identifiable Information in order visit the Website and enjoy our content. However, you will need to provide us with such information if you choose to become a member of the Website, or place an order in the Honey Shop.

We will never store your credit card information – once securely transmitted to our secure payment gateway provider, we delete this information. However, we reserve the right to store other information that you enter on our Website or otherwise provide to us. This includes your Personally Identifiable Information, shopping choices, and all content that, as a Member, you may input on the site, such as comments, product reviews, ratings, ratings or suggestions. We may use this stored information for such purposes as shipping your orders, responding to your service requests, improving our selection. We may also use your email address or mailing address to communicate with you about changes to our site and our product selection and product specials.

We will never rent or sell any of your personally identifiable information to any third party, and will only share such information with service providers we work with to complete your order (with our fulfillment partner, shippers, payment card service providers, etc.), to communicate with our customers about their orders, or to improve the services on our Website. The Bee Limitless newsletter is entirely opt-in, and every newsletter we send has a link to automatically unsubscribe. If you do not want to receive email communication from us, simply let us know by emailing service@beelimitless.com.

Use of Cookies

Like many trusted websites, we use cookies and refer to browser-generated information like referring pages to best deliver services to you on beelimitless.com. We use cookies to help your shopping, and organize your comments on blog entries, honey ratings, or when you add items to your shopping bag before checkout. Cookies must be enabled in your browser’s settings to place orders at the Bee Limitless Honey Shop or to log in as a member into the Site.

How Bee Limitless Uses Customer Information

We share your order information with our fulfillment partner, and your shipping information with your order’s shipping carrier (FedEx or the Postal Service). The information we share with our fulfillment partner is transmitted in a secure fashion, and only relates to the specific order being fulfilled by them.  We securely transmit your credit card data through the industry leading secure payment gateway, Authorize.net.

We may be compelled to release Personally Identifiable Information if we reasonably believe such release is required to comply with the law, or protect the property or safety of others.

Security of Sensitive Information

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your payment card information when you input your order. We reveal only a fragment of your credit card number when confirming an order. We never store your credit card data, which is passed immediately to our payment gateway provider. Other customer information stored in our customer database is protected using industry standard security technology and best practices.

Our Privacy Policy may change periodically. Please check this page to see if any changes have taken place. We will never make changes to our policies that lessen the protection of your rights with respect to previously collected information without your consent.
